I wanted to send you a short email to thank you for your help in making my purchase of a new Nissan Frontier pickup truck from Lumberton Nissan a reality. You were quick to respond to my email inquiry about the Nissan
Frontier. When I came to Lumberton Nissan to speak with you personally, you were very courteous and respectful of my time, and attempted to answer my questions honestly as we browsed your lot. You were able to locate almost the exact truck I was looking for--options and all. I was pleased with the
dealership's trade-in offer for my 2005 Dodge Dakota, and the fact that your finance manager worked with me to "chip away" at the price so that the monthly payment would be one that I could afford. None of the negotiations
were abrasive, or high pressured. Finally, I was pleased by the fact that a couple of exterior appearance accessories that had to be ordered, arrived quickly so that they could be installled within two days of my purchase.
